The Fundi @Work program provides STEM-focused workforce training and job placement for African university students and out-of-school youth. The program piggy-backs on our track record of providing practical, hands on, high-impact, high-value STEM skills and soft skills, with a focus on young people getting ready for the workplace.
10-year Goal: Provide STEM-focused workforce training for 35,000 African youth by 2030
The out-of-school youth training program provides high-impact, high-value STEM skills training for out-of-school youth, creating opportunities for job placement, mentorship and livelihood development.
The University Internship program provides university students with hands-on, practical STEM-focused skills and job training over a 2-3 month period in their academic year.
The STEM/Robotics training provides extra-curricular learning experiences that improve learning outcomes beyond academic performance and prepare students for life beyond school.

Since 2016, we have trained more than 1,100 students at our regional centers
